Assistant Quantity Surveyor (2027 intake)

Responsibilities

• Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation and cash-flow monitoring.- Support cost control and commercial management throughout the project life cycle.- Assist in the administration of main contracts and subcontracts.- Handle valuations, variations, claims, procurement and cost reports.- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.- Energetic and self-motivated, with good problem-solving skills- Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin proficiency is preferred. Apply now
