Assistant Purchasing Officer (2027 Intake)

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing materials, equipment and services from suppliers.- Prepare enquire, compare quotations and assist in purchase order processing.- Follow up on orders, deliveries and supplier performance.- Maintain accurate procurement records and update price information.- Liaise with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors on purchasing matters.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and willing to learn.- Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills.- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
