We're looking for an experienced developer who understands how the Web works, can learn quickly and works independently. Help us make the Web more open and programmable! We're looking for an experienced developer who can work with our internal development team and be able to come up with new tools and solutions for our internal customers.

Responsibilities
Design and develop both backend and frontend systems to support scalable web applications. Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js for development and debugging, or possess equivalent expertise in another programming language with the ability to quickly learn JavaScript. Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, within cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain robust backend systems and APIs to support application functionality. Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS or other public cloud services to deploy and manage applications (preferred). Apply deep knowledge of Node.js and its frameworks, particularly Express.js, to develop efficient server-side solutions.
Understand and implement asynchronous programming patterns, including handling quirks and applying effective workarounds. Work with server-side templating engines such as Jade and EJS to render dynamic content. Apply foundational knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5 and CSS3 to support UI development. Use version control systems like Git to manage codebase and collaborate with development teams.
Integrate with external APIs such as Amazon MWS (preferred). Leverage web scraping tools to extract and process data from various sources. Operate within Agile development environments, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and iterative delivery.
Requirements
Browser internals, Dev. Tools, Dev. Tools Protocol REST API, Amazon Webservice API Headless browsers, Puppeteer, Playwright Web scraping in general, proxy servers, captcha Docker, Kubernetes CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Travis) A university degree in software engineering or computer science is also a plus, but not a requirement.
