Join us to accelerate Amazon Music's growth and experimentation flywheel. As an Experimentation Product Manager, Ops (Tech), you will serve as the team's force multiplier, increasing our overall experimentation velocity and driving Amazon Music's customer growth. You'll generate ideas to boost customer engagement and acquisition, prioritize them, and then collaborate with engineering to build and test them, deciding which ones to launch and which ones to dial down.

This will involve creating all the artifacts needed by engineering and securing alignment with partner teams. Key job responsibilities

-Own and prioritize a backlog of experience ideas aimed at increasing customer engagement and acquisition -Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to build and test the highest-priority experiences -Design experiments and secure alignment across teams -Conduct post-experiment analysis to determine which experiences to launch and which to dial down -Extract deeper insights from experiment results to generate new hypotheses and fuel the next wave of experiments About the team Amazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators.

This involves rigorous experimentation of new features and feature improvements, to ensure that only initiatives that have a positive impact are launched. - 4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience

  • Experience with feature priotization and product roadmap tradeoffs
  • Experience in customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services
  • Experience in A/B testing
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions
