Summary: The Statistician role is responsible for optimizing operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. The incumbent leads efforts to organize and conduct research on activities both within Southwest Transplant Alliance and the broader transplant community for the purpose of providing evidence to support best practices across all functional units. The Statistician works in collaboration with various departments to analyze available data, identify factors that influence performance, and provide recommendations for changes and associated key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize the organization's overall performance in order to save and enhance more lives.
