Supervisor, Clinical Response

The Supervisor, Clinical Response oversees the day-to-day screening and evaluation of potential organ donors, including onsite evaluations, staffing for donation opportunities, and coordination of donation logistics. Leads collaboration with healthcare teams to optimize potential donors through established management goals and ensures compliance with hospital and OPTN policies.

Supports donor recovery activities under the direction of the Medical Director and Clinical Operations leadership. Partners with Family Care, Hospital Development, and Donor Services to promote strong cross-departmental collaboration and optimal outcomes.
