National Program Development Manager, Equipment Finance

Responsible for building and growing manufacturer, vendor, and dealer finance programs across Canada. The role identifies and onboards new national program partners, negotiates program structures and pricing, and develops the documentation, training, and marketing support required to launch and scale each program. Works closely with credit, operations, and sales to ensure programs are executed consistently, monitors portfolio performance and program profitability, and acts as the primary relationship manager for assigned national accounts.

Requires strong equipment finance knowledge, commercial negotiation skills, and the ability to travel and represent the company at industry and dealer events. French skills would be a great asset
