Experienced Baker

Bakers Delight Wetherill Park is seeking an experienced and reliable Baker to join our bakery team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing fresh, high-quality bread and bakery products in a busy retail bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, sweet products and other bakery items Measure, mix, mould, prove and bake dough according to recipes and bakery standards. Operate ovens, mixers and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently Maintain consistency in product quality, freshness and presentation Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures Assist with ingredient preparation, stock rotation and bakery cleaning Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Requirements Relevant baking experience or qualification preferred Strong knowledge of bread production and baking techniques Ability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required Reliable, hardworking and able to work under pressure Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow recipes and workplace standards Benefits Full-time opportunity available Supportive and friendly team environment Stable role with an established bakery brand Opportunity to grow and develop baking skills Work in a well-known bakery serving the local community How to Apply: Please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your baking experience.
