Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and critical thinking skills. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Perform triage, assessment, and continuous monitoring of patients with acute or emergent conditions. Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed. Respond quickly to medical emergencies and implement appropriate interventions. Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatments, and follow-up care.

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare team members. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records. Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards.
