Fast to process your personal data in accordance with the Policy and the applicable regulations on personal data protection Job Summary: The Senior Energy Storage Device Repair Engineer will coordinate and operate the repair workflow to ensure timely service delivery for on-site repair and maintenance of energy storage systems.

This role involves developing service capabilities, supporting major technical issues on-site, and optimizing logistics to ensure smooth module repair operations.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the repair workflow to meet lead times committed with on-site repair and maintenance service providers. Develop and manage Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and maintenance service providers to ensure high-quality support. Develop After-Sales (AFS) services aligned with BESS development progress.

Provide on-site technical support for major issues and troubleshooting. Rebuild and optimize logistics flow to transfer modules efficiently to the VinES factory for repair.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Energy/Power Systems Engineering. 8+ years of experience in energy storage systems, battery repair, or related maintenance operations, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical issues on-site.

Experience in coordinating service providers and logistics operations. Good command of English for communication with internal teams and external service providers. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
