Role: As a Senior SAP Consultant, you will drive the global rollout strategy and implementation of SAP Business One across multiple regions. You will partner with business stakeholders as a trusted advisor, ensuring global ERP standards are adopted and successfully embedded in local subsidiaries. Role responsibility:

  • Lead and coordinate international SAP B1 rollout projects end to end.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP B1 solutions with business and technical teams.
  • Implement, govern, and evolve the global ERP template across group companies.
  • Own project phases including blueprint, realization, testing, cutover, and go-live.
  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse).
  • Facilitate workshops with regional teams and key users to align processes and solutions.
  • Coordinate with local business, the global SAP B1 team, and external partners/system integrators.
  • Ensure localization and regulatory requirements are met across markets.
  • Plan and coordinate data migration activities and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with developers on add-ons, APIs, interfaces, and reporting solutions.
  • Deliver key-user training and provide hypercare/post-go-live support. Job qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of SAP B1 consulting experience.
  • Proven experience in international SAP B1 rollout projects.
  • Strong process knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Purchasing.
  • Experience with global templates and multi-country ERP implementations.
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases and ERP data structures.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with integrations, middleware, and/or APIs.
  • Project management certification (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Industry background in manufacturing, distribution, or international trade. Travel Requirements: Approximately 30% international travel to support rollout phases, workshops, and go-live activities at global subsidiaries.
