Wolverine Packing Company is looking for experienced CDL-A Delivery Drivers to join our team serving Michigan (lower peninsula), Ohio, and the Greater Pittsburgh area. What We Offer

$32/HR Local routes, home for dinner every night Must be able to drive a manual transmission (10 speed Eaton Fuller). CDL-A Drivers Schedule- Monday

• Saturday, 6 day work schedule but schedule and hours vary by route and seniority, drivers average 45-55 hours per week. Day Shift - schedule and hours vary by route, m ust be flexible with route start times. Must be comfortable going to Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland or Pittsburgh on any given night. You must be comfortable with the possibility of being able to stay in Pittsburgh for a week at a time to cover when the drivers that live out there are on vacation (accommodations and food allowance are covered by company). It doesn’t happen often but is a possibility. You must also be open to a switcher position, due to seniority the switcher position could fall down to you for a bid cycle. Days, or Nights, Sunday-Thursday, Monday- Friday, or Tuesday
• Saturday (These are low percentage job risks but need to be understood). 401K Program- Our drivers get $100 per week put into there 401K, once they have been with the company for 1 year.

What You'll Do

Safely operate a day-cab tractor with a 48-foot refrigerated trailer or a refrigerated 28ft box truck in compliance with all DOT, state, and federal regulations Deliver products to customers throughout Michigan and Ohio Unload product and place cases into customer coolers or designated storage areas Verify orders and ensure accurate deliveries Complete additional pickups or equipment moves after assigned routes, as needed Conduct yourself professionally while representing Wolverine Packing Company Arrive on time, prepared, and committed to delivering excellent customer service What We're Looking For Must be at least 21 years of age Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience Ability to operate a 10-speed manual transmission Clean and safe driving history: No major moving violations within the past 3 years No more than 2 minor moving violations within the past 3 years No DUI or drug/alcohol-related driving convictions within the past 5 years No previous termination for safety violations or preventable accident involvement Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen Ability to safely assess vehicle loading and secure loads Able to repeatedly lift up to 90 pounds Dependable, efficient, safety-focused, and team-oriented Positive attitude with strong work ethic and professionalism Join the Wolverine Team At Wolverine Packing Company, we value hardworking drivers who take pride in safety, reliability, and customer service.
