We are seeking a Team Manager who can lead teams, manage workflows, and support client objectives with data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities
Understand business needs and objectives to guide team direction. Evaluate supplier sales trends to prioritize high-value brands for selling and advertising. Manage, organize, and drive the successful completion of team projects. Collaborate with clients to define project goals and create effective strategies to meet them.
Oversee agent workloads and ensure efficient and timely task completion. Communicate results, suggestions, and solutions to internal teams and management. Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards for compliance and performance. Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of all agent outputs. Anticipate future needs related to people, tools, and technology and propose solutions.
Conduct weekly coaching sessions and meetings for performance and behavioral improvement. Perform regular evaluations, performance reviews, and weekly presentations.
Requirements
Graduate of any Business or IT-related course. Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial or leadership role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple project deliverables. Excellent report-writing and presentation abilities.
