We're a closed-door, mail-order sterile compounding pharmacy serving patients across 25 states . What You'll Do

As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll play an important role in helping prescriptions move safely and accurately through the pharmacy.

Your responsibilities

Prepare and package prescriptions safely and efficiently Enter prescription information accurately into the pharmacy system Follow all applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations Assist with inventory management and organization Follow clean room and sterile compounding procedures Prepare prescriptions and packaging for mail delivery Contact patients prior to filling medications when needed Maintain accurate documentation and inventory information Organize and present inventory data to Pharmacist staff Support the Pharmacist and pharmacy team with daily operations Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Jump in to support teammates and keep workflow moving What You Need Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted Texas Pharmacy Technician License IV Sterile Compounding Certification required Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience , preferably sterile compounding Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Ability to follow pharmacy laws, regulations, and procedures Ability to work effectively as part of a team Availability to work Monday–Friday Schedule Options Choose from one of the following shifts: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation $27/hour + $3/hour shift differential for hours worked between 5:00 PM and 5:00 AM What We Offer Health, dental & vision insurance Disability insurance 401(k) with company match PTO Opportunity to grow with an expanding healthcare organization Supportive, team-oriented environment The Person We're Looking For We're not just looking for someone who can check prescriptions off a list.
