Therapist - PACT (Program of Assertive Community Treatment)
Job description
Therapist will provide intensive outpatient community-based services, in the client’s home, to individuals with serious mental illness and psychosis (e.g., schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or other mood disorders accompanied by psychosis) and co-occurring substance abuse disorders. Therapist will carry a primary caseload of approximately 10 clients and will provide services to all clients on the PACT team as needed, including therapy utilizing evidence-based practices, case management, and rehabilitative services, both in individual and group settings.
Therapist will assist with assessment and treatment planning and co-occurring substance abuse disorders and is responsible for ODMHSAS and Medicaid billing.
