30 am – 5.00 pm Schedule: 40 hours / week guaranteed, 4 X 10-hr shifts per week. On call requirements- 15 Call Shifts Per Month (3p-7a); EOW - 2 full weekends on call per month Position Requirements: 1 - 2 years current Surgical Technologist – Required Recent CVOR experience – Required Prior travel experience

• Highly Preferred Education, License and Certification Requirements: CST Certification from NBSTSA
• Required AHA BLS Certification
• Required Job Description: Organizes and prepares case set-up prior to start of case. Assists the surgeon during the operative procedure. Maintains a safe and aseptic environment in the Operating Room area. Cleans, assembles, operates, and properly cares for instruments, supplies, and equipment used in team specialties. Demonstrates an understanding of surgical procedure classification system and handles operating room specimens according to standard operating procedures. Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
