The Clark County District Attorney's Office is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Law Clerk position. This recruitment will be used to fill vacancies located in our Civil, Juvenile, and/or Criminal Divisions. Law Clerks provide support to attorney staff by performing legal research and writing on legal issues.
Law Clerks interpret and apply laws, court decisions, and other legal authorities in preparing briefs, pleadings, legal opinions, and other legal documents. Law Clerks who are barred in Nevada may be allowed to make court appearances on behalf of the County.
