The Clark County District Attorney's Office is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Process Server position. This position may be assigned to either the Family Support Division or the Criminal Division. The ideal candidate is a dependable and professional individual who will support the Office by serving legal documents, including child support enforcement notices, criminal subpoenas, and civil process, in accordance with Nevada law and established procedures.
