Spec, Healthcare Coordinator I - Schiff Apartments

PAY: $20-22/hour, DOE. Works with Resident case plans and goals and provides on-going assessment and support. Assists the residents to utilize community resources to meet individual needs. Works with residents to identify their skills and abilities to promote personal growth. Link residents with health care and care coordination services.

This position is not eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
