Private Equity Debt Finance Mid-Level Associate

PE Debt Finance Associate | Philadelphia | Mid-Level Our Am. Law 100 client is adding a mid-level debt finance associate to support sponsor-side and lender-side leveraged finance work tied to buyouts, acquisition financings, and growth deals.

Role Summary

• Represent private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders on term and revolving facilities
• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documentation
• Run key deal workstreams and coordinate with corporate and sponsor teams through signing and closing Candidate Profile
• Mid-level associate with leveraged finance reps (LBO, acquisition finance, growth facilities)
• Strong drafting in credit docs and comfort negotiating directly with counterparties
• Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required Why This Role
