IT Service Desk Technician - Tier 2

The IT Technician ll is responsible for providing technical support for company store, field, and corporate technology in a 24x7 convenience store environment. This position supports PCs, Windows workstations, POS equipment, store peripherals, network connectivity, and other store-level technology used to operate the business. This role serves as an experienced technical support resource for end users and store operations, handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents, escalating complex issues when needed, and working closely with vendors, managed service providers, and internal IT leadership to resolve business-impacting technology issues. The IT Technician must be comfortable supporting a fast-paced retail environment where uptime, responsiveness, and clear communication are critical.
