1+ year of Shift Lead, supervisory, or comparable team-leadership experience required; 2+ years preferred Restaurant or food service experience preferred, but not required Current Serv. Safe certification Ability to lead, organize, and coordinate a team during busy restaurant shifts Ability to open and close the restaurant and complete required opening and closing responsibilities Comfortable supporting front-of-house operations, including register responsibilities and customer service Ability to assist with cooking, food preparation, and back-of-house operations Willingness and ability to work across different restaurant stations as needed Strong customer service and communication skills Availability to work weekends Ability to follow and reinforce food safety and sanitation procedures Dependable, organized, and willing to step into different restaurant responsibilities as needed Ability to complete opening, closing, operational, and food preparation checklists accurately Willingness to support employee onboarding, training, and day-to-day team leadership Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment Atomic Wings is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
