Account Support Representative - Fort Worth, TX

Exceptional customer service is key to our success at Iron Oak Energy. As the Account Support Representative you will be the first impression our customers receive and the lifeline to our business cadence. You will collaborate with the operations team to fulfill customer needs, provide spot purchase solutions and maintain inventory control of our sand products.

This position will require you to think quickly on your feet and be strategic with your decisions. The Account Support Representative will also support the Business Development team with special ad hoc projects and reports regarding supply forecasts, customer-driven data and market analytics, in effort to identify commercial sales opportunities.
