Special Observation Sitter

Department: 100 - 830500 TG

• Patient Placement Position Description: Under the direction and supervision of the RN/LPN, the Special Observation Sitter observes the patient under Safety Precautions to promote safety in the clinical setting. This is an as needed position (PRN) Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with medical terminology is desirable.
2. High School Graduate Preferred
3. Experience in sitting with patients preferred
4. Experience in healthcare field preferred
5. Written/Oral Communication skills required.
