Job Overview We are looking for a Lean-Pro Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects from start to finish. This role requires someone who can manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. As a proactive problem-solver and strategic thinker, you will ensure that every project aligns with the company's goals, meets client expectations, and adheres to quality standards.
Responsibilities
Define and align project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress, adjusting timelines and strategies as needed to stay on track. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving any conflicts or issues.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reports. Lead and facilitate project meetings (kick-off, status updates, reviews) and ensure clear communication. Conduct project post-mortems to capture lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
Mentor and guide project team members, keeping them motivated and focused on key objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring prioritization and effective time management.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a related industry. Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, and budget tracking. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Nice-to-have: PMP certification or similar qualifications are a plus.a
