Home Health Office Assistant needed in Katy, Tx! Near Cinco Ranch Address: 24044 Cinco Village Center Blvd, Katy, TX 77494 Pay: $16/ hour Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Home Health Clinical Documentation staff to support our clinical operations by reviewing, organizing, and maintaining accurate patient documentation.

The position will focus on home health documentation and ensuring clinical records meet regulatory and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Review home health clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Follow up with clinicians regarding corrections or missing documentation. Ensure patient records are completed and submitted within required timelines. Maintain accurate electronic health records and clinical documentation. Monitor documentation for compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and applicable home health regulations.

Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications
