Fitness Instructor (Threshold Climbing & Fitness)

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Fitness Instructors at Threshold deliver an unmatched customer experience. The instructor provides this experience through a welcoming check-in process, guiding students through either group or individual sessions, and supporting each student in their fitness journey. The instructor will train a diverse group of people every day who want a traditional approach to training, as well as climbers, yogis, and guests simply looking to get healthier and reach their personal goals.

A 1,200 sq. ft studio will be your main office. The Fitness Instructor cultivates supportive relationships by making themselves accessible and approachable, ensuring student accountability and progress, while embodying Threshold Values at all times.
