General Statement of Duties: The ability to communicate and be knowledgeable in the details of services and products offered clearly and confidently. This includes, but not limited to, the point-of-sales system: arrivals, classes, appointments, enrollments, contracts, and programs. Operations of the front desk and positive interactions with guests and members.
Tours of the facility for guests and a concise overview of rules and procedures.
