COLLEGE OF NURSING ADMINISTRATIVE LIAISON Division: CNHS Department: Nursing Experience: Entry-level Job Code: TBD Supervisor/Reports To: Jessica Williamson Start Date: 8/25/2025 Support the College of Nursing by assisting with event prep, inventory management, and guest services. Help with tours, deliver campus communications, and maintain a clean and organized space.
Responsibilities
Help faculty and staff prepare materials for classes, events, or meetings – C, TW, P, CSD, L Manage inventory and assist with organization – TW, CT Greet students and guests, providing basic information – C, P, CSD Assist with tours of the College of Nursing – C, P, TW, CSD Deliver campus mail, post flyers, and run errands across campus – C, TW Attend and assist with nursing program events (orientations, ceremonies, open houses) – C Maintain tidiness and cleanliness in nursing areas, reporting any issues – TW Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines and work inclusively – L, CTR Effectively communicate your skills and availability – CSD Competencies/Skills: Communication (C), Teamwork (TW), Professionalism (P), Career & Self-Development (CSD), Critical Thinking (CT), Community Transformation (CTR), Leadership (L), Technology (T) Education Requirements: Must be a current UPIKE student in good standing.
Preferred Skills
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, attention to detail, strong active listening abilities, public speaking, written & verbal communication, willingness to learn new things. Work Schedule: Varies depending on workload; weekdays primarily. Work Conditions: Odors/smoke, Machinery, Light intensity Physical Demands: Keyboarding, Reaching/handling, Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
