Sector: Corporate Events / Financial Services Title of role: Roadshow Coordinator Reporting to: Global Primary Credit Team Location / Office address: Multi‑region coordination (global team) WFH / Office / Remote: Not specified A global financial institution is seeking a highly organised Roadshow Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end delivery of deal and non‑deal roadshows, reverse roadshows and closing events across multiple regions.

The role involves coordinating physical and virtual events, managing logistics, liaising with senior stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. This fast‑paced position suits someone confident working with senior management and experienced in high‑profile corporate event delivery.

Responsibilities

Roadshow management — Oversee full logistics including travel, hotels, invitations, schedules and presentation materials. Supplier coordination — Liaise with hotels, travel agencies, car companies and other third‑party providers. Materials & shipping — Arrange printing and timely shipment of roadshow presentations. On‑site support — Provide event management at physical venues when required.

Meeting scheduling — Coordinate 1:1 and group meetings across regions. Budget management — Manage budgets, re‑invoicing and finance liaison. Virtual events — Deliver online events using MS Teams and other platforms. Stakeholder liaison — Work proactively with internal teams and external partners. Compliance — Ensure all activity meets legal, regulatory and internal standards.

We need someone who is: Degree‑educated Experienced in roadshows or high‑profile corporate events Strong in communication and stakeholder engagement Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Confident working with senior management Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and virtual event platforms Collaborative, proactive and comfortable in global environments Ideally familiar with capital markets or financial services The organisation offers an international, collaborative environment with opportunities to work alongside leading professionals in global capital markets.
