Working closely with the Senior Events Manager, the role involves coordinating in‑person and virtual events including conferences, roundtables, networking events, client receptions and internal events. This is a fast‑paced, collaborative role suited to someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable event experiences.
Responsibilities
Event logistics — Support planning and delivery of event logistics including venues, suppliers, invitations, registration and on‑site coordination. Event materials — Prepare badges, signage, collateral and branded merchandise. Stakeholder coordination — Work with internal teams (legal, marketing, IT, facilities) to ensure smooth delivery.
Event administration — Maintain records, calendars, supplier details and post‑event feedback. Reporting — Support post‑event analysis including ROI, engagement and lessons learned. Brand experience — Ensure all events reflect brand tone and values; liaise with design teams. Merchandise management — Coordinate ordering, storage and stock levels of promotional materials.
CRM management — Use CRM to manage guest lists, invitations, attendance and follow‑up. Post‑event follow‑up — Support surveys, thank‑you communications and lead referrals.
