Job description
As a test coordinator, you are responsible for organizing and monitoring testing activities to deliver high-quality software that meets the business requirements and expectations. You work within an agile development team and align the test strategy with testers, developers, analysts, and the business. You use your understanding of the technical environment and functional needs to define an effective test approach for the various developments.
You define acceptance criteria, develop test cases, and maintain regression test scenarios. You also take on part of the test execution work. You regularly coordinate with stakeholders outside the agile team regarding end-to-end testing activities and business acceptance testing. You take the initiative to automate repetitive tests.
Finally, you report transparently on the progress of the testing activities and the quality of the developments. You provide daily guidance to one or two other testers within the team. Soft skills: Team player Communication skills Organizational skills Analytical skills Coordination and coaching
