AI Analyst The AI Analyst plays a key role in identifying and implementing artificial-intelligence-based solutions within the IT department and other municipal services. They analyze needs, explore AI opportunities, and support the implementation of innovative and efficient solutions, while ensuring alignment with the IT infrastructure, security requirements, and applicable regulations.
Missions and Responsibilities Needs Analysis: Identify and analyze the requests and needs of the IT department and other municipal services regarding AI and data analysis. AI Solution Proposals: Study the opportunities offered by AI and propose innovative solutions tailored to the city’s needs. Use Case Development: Create concrete use cases to test and implement AI applications within municipal services.
Technical Feasibility: Propose AI solutions that take into account the existing IT infrastructure, network environment, and technological constraints. Collaboration with the DPO and CISO: Discuss proposed solutions with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure AI applications comply with data-protection and security standards.
Project Coordination: Supervise developers, manage the backlog, and define priorities in collaboration with the development team. AI Promotion and Awareness: Actively promote AI within the organization and organize awareness sessions for employees and stakeholders. Training and Support: Prepare and deliver training to users to help them adopt AI solutions.
Change Management: Support change at all levels of the organization to ensure smooth integration of AI solutions. On-site presence: Minimum of 2 days per week on site.
