Part-Time Home Health CNA

This position requires daily morning availability M-F. Roughly 15-20 hours per week. At First Choice Home Health & Hospice our patients and employees are the heart of everything we do. Pay and Benefits: Pay rate is from $19-25 an hour, DOE First Choice pays travel time & mileage reimbursement Responsibilities: Assists patients with their daily living activities Spends time assisting patients with grooming to help them feel great Works as part of the care team to help patients reach their goals and to be comforted Always maintains patient comfort & safety Attends case conference weekly to coordinate patient care with case manager & team Qualifications: Must be available daily Monday-Friday, beginning at 8 am.
