About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Domiciliary Care Workers in High Wycombe (HP10). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives by helping them remain independent in their own homes. You will provide high-quality care and support to elderly and vulnerable clients, assisting them with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) in a respectful and dignified manner Support with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment when necessary Assist with medication administration and monitoring (after training) Help with meal preparation, hydration, and feeding when required Perform light household tasks, such as cleaning or laundry Provide companionship and emotional support Record and report changes in the client’s health or wellbeing Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care management team Requirements Requirements Must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Kind, empathetic, and respectful approach to care Strong time-management and reliability Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or split shifts Right to work in the UK Desirable: NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care Benefits Benefits Competitive hourly pay with mileage reimbursement Paid induction and ongoing training Support towards recognized care qualifications Flexible working patterns to suit your lifestyle 24/7 on-call support from a caring and experienced team Career progression opportunities
