Sage Group Health. Care Staffing is seeking Travel RN Med Surg for a travel contract position in Pittsfield, MA. Position Details: Position Name: Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts Specialty: Med Surg Start Date : ASAP Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Rate: Range $3362 Weekly Gross pay based on a 48-hour work week ( Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers) Unit: Med Surg, Tele Shifts available: Days Shift timings: 12 Hours; Days, 7.

00 am - 7.30 pm Schedule: 48 hours/week guaranteed, 4 x 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, Holiday rotation if required, RTO limit of 5 days, No block scheduling Position Requirements: Current Med Surg Nursing experience: 2 years

  • Required Basic Dysrythmia experience
  • Required Medi. Tech Expanse experience
  • Highly preferred Must be willing to float to other similar units
  • Required Prior travel experience: Highly preferred Covid Vaccination with latest dose date on/after 10/3/23
  • Required (Exemptions considered with Provider or Religious Leader statement) ​ Education, License and Certification Requirements: ASN
  • Required BSN – Preferred RN License for State of Massachusetts
  • Required BLS Certification from AHA
  • Required ACLS Certification from AHSA – Required NIHSS Certification
  • Required Job Description: Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care in alignment with hospital standards in the assigned units. Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and document care activities accurately. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain compliance with state nursing regulations and facility policies.
