Onsite Guest Services Coordinator

Long & Foster Vacation Rentals is seeking a full-time Guest Services Coordinator to serve as the onsite representative at a large condominium community in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. As the preferred vacation rental agency within the building, Long & Foster manages individually owned vacation rental properties.

This customer-focused role serves as the primary point of contact for property owners, guests, vendors, and building staff.

Responsibilities include

coordinating reservations, guest arrivals and departures, property readiness, and maintenance and cleaning services while delivering exceptional service. Working closely with internal teams and vendors, the Guest Services Coordinator helps ensure a seamless rental experience and supports the success of Long & Foster Vacation Rentals.
