Job Title: Implementation Consultant, Analytics Job Summary: The Implementation Consultant works closely with other Solution Delivery colleagues to implement Rev. Spring patient engagement and payment solutions. He/she is responsible for selected requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing activities on assigned projects.
The role will collaborate with client SME’s/stakeholders, the Rev. Spring Solution Delivery team, and other matrixed project resources to define and deliver the client’s Rev. Spring solution. The role is expected to actively drive best practices, adhere to prescribed implementation methodologies, and provide inputs into enhancing Solution Delivery implementation processes and collateral.
Essential Functions
Serves as the Implementation Consultant for assigned product(s). Primary focus of the role is two-fold: Lead/perform requirements definition, solution design, configuration, and testing activities Provide project oversight/governance on selected single or multiproduct implementations Collaborates with Solution Architects, Implementation Specialists, Product Management, Support, Sales, and other Implementation Consultants on how to solve client business needs utilizing product base features Maintains a product focused discipline limiting custom configurations Configures Rev.
Spring analytics products according to best practices Works closely with the implementation team; keeps the Project Manager, Solution Architects, Implementation Managers, Implementation Specialists, and other Implementation Consultants informed Participates in Architecture Review sessions to understand the scope of client implementations, strategic client direction, and any outstanding business needs Creates onboarding materials, templates, and process documents to effectively and accurately scale the onboarding process of direct and partner clients for Rev.
Spring solutions Participates in transition meetings with Solution Support Maintains a strong working knowledge of Rev. Spring’s products, services, and systems Utilizes knowledge gained to offer direction/guidance to the team Advises colleagues on product functionality, customer workflows, and best practices for troubleshooting Actively participates in the development of the Solution Delivery implementation assets Completes assigned certification training courses Minimum Requirements: Specific Job Skills: Interesting and experience in data and analytics Attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to organize and multi-task job responsibilities and prioritize effectively Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service within all dimensions of the job duties on a consistent basis Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge to apply to new situations Up to 10% travel may be required Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in a software product implementations role Supervision: N/A Certifications: N/A Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
