As a Hygiene Coordinator , you’re not just leading daily culinary production for the property – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Maintain food safety records, temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and inspection reports. Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory inspections. Monitor food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with established standards. Promote awareness of hygiene policies, procedures, and best practices across departments.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Environmental Health, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in hygiene, food safety, quality assurance, or hotel operations.

Basic knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and HACCP principles. Strong administrative, organizational, and record-keeping skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
