4th Shift Maintenance Supervisor

This position will manage the maintenance department to maximize overall equipment effectiveness and minimize unscheduled downtime including: planning and coordinating preventative, scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks; directing the activities of maintenance workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, equipment, buildings, grounds, and utility systems.

The role will be a mix of hands on and management. We operate with a Preventative Maintenance philosophy. Candidates must believe in the benefits of preventative maintenance and must have experience in the operation of a successful preventative maintenance program. Manages staff, scheduling, coaching and corrective actions, and employee evaluations.
