In-Home Caregiver

Description Vibrant is searching for a compassionate caregiver who understands the importance of meeting our client's needs and allowing them to Be Home...Be Well...and Be Happy!! This job requires caring for others who need help staying or gaining independence AT THEIR OWN HOME including the elderly or clients with intellectual or physical disabilities of all ages.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver Essential Job Functions (differ based on client needs): Housekeeping/Cleaning & laundry Meal preparation & cooking Grocery shopping for or with the client Transportation & errands Personal cares and bathing Companionship Visit places in the community/socialize Engage in activities (games, memory books) Assist with goals such as, but not limited to social and behavior functioning, coping skills, self-advocacy, confidence building, relationship building, safe boundaries, etc.
