This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Customer Service Specialist . In this role, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support , addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction . Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 📞 Handling customer interactions with efficiency and empathy .
