Lead SAP Security Consultant

Job Responsibilities

Markgraf Consulting is hiring an SAP Security Consultant whose primary duty will be to help our customers secure their SAP environments. An ideal candidate will have the following skills: 11+ years of experience focused on SAP Security Lead and manage SAP security projects, including security assessments, compliance audits, and implementation of security controls Provide technical guidance and support to other SAP security consultants Develop and implement SAP security policies, procedures, and standards Administer and maintain user accounts, roles, and authorizations in SAP systems Monitor and control user access to SAP systems and applications Perform security audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and industry standards Develop and maintain security documentation, including procedures, standards, and guidelines Provide training and support to end-users on SAP security policies and procedures Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and mitigate security risks and threats Participate in project planning and implementation to ensure security requirements are met Stay up-to-date with emerging SAP security trends, threats, and technologies Communicate security risks and issues to management and other stakeholders Role Requirements You should have the following technical skills/experience: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field 8+ years of experience in SAP security administration or consulting Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, including user administration, authorization concepts, and role management Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools Knowledge of SAP Net.

Weaver technology stack and related security components Experience with SAP security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management Familiarity with legal, regulatory, and industry standards related to SAP security, such as SOX, PCI-DSS, and GDPR Ability to lead and manage projects and teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Leadership of SAP S/4 HANA Migrations or Implementations SAP HANA authorization experience required SAP GRC mastery SAP Fiori, S/4 HANA hands-on authorizations experience Relocation will be provided.

This is an on-site job and may require up to 100% travel.
