HSE Technician - Vest & El Dorado - Kermit, TX

This position is responsible for implementing, and maintaining a variety of health, safety and environmental programs to assure the highest possible degree of safety for employees. The HSE Technician reports to the Vest & El Dorado HSE Manager. The HSE Technician will implement all mine health, safety, environmental and personnel duties at the mine in accordance with company programs, policies, and guidelines as well as governmental agencies including MSHA and TCEQ.

The HSE Technician should anticipate, identify, and correct issues involving safety and regulation compliance and work with all levels of employees at the locations to implement proactive procedures. The successful candidate will be a self-starting person who enjoys the challenges of daily involvement with the operations team.
