Job description
The Program Compliance Monitor is responsible for ensuring program operations comply with all applicable Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS), Child and Adult Food Care Program requirements, Arizona Child Care Licensing Regulations, and Caring for Our Children health and safety standards. This position conducts ongoing monitoring, reviews records and documentation, performs site visits, identifies areas of non-compliance, and provides technical assistance to staff.
The Compliance Monitor collaborates with program leadership to develop corrective action plans, track compliance outcomes, maintain accurate reports, and support continuous quality improvement efforts to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality services to children and families.
