Part-Time Community Health Nurse - High Risk Perinatal Program

Southwest Human Development is seeking a compassionate part-time Community Health Nurse to provide home-based developmental and health follow-up services to infants and young children who have experienced a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) stay of five or more days.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity compensated on a per-service basis. Employees are paid for each completed client service, such as appointments, visits, assessments, or other assigned services. Service volume and earnings may vary based on referrals, client participation, and scheduling availability.
