Job description
This role conducts and completes assessments using tools selected by Arizona's First Things First program in early care and education settings in an objective, reliable, and efficient manner. Job duties: Conduct early childhood classroom observations in child care centers and family child care homes in the state of Arizona. Use Assessment tools, including the Environmental Rating Scales and Classroom Assessment Scoring System to evaluate the quality of early childhood programs. Score the assessment tools, maintaining reliability and accuracy. Create detailed, clearly written evaluation reports meeting required deadlines.
