Eleven seeks an experienced, professional and enthusiastic General Manager to manage and lead operations at Deplar Farm and surrounding properties in the Fljot Valley of Northern Iceland. This role oversees daily operations, financial performance, staffing, guest experience, product development, facilities, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role requires a strong hospitality leader with budgeting, team leadership, and operational expertise who can inspire teams, drive efficiency, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate possesses strong management and leadership experience, has a customer service and hospitality oriented mindset with the ability to accommodate a multicultural and diverse team, and is comfortable residing in a remote setting.
