You’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least 6 months work or volunteer experience with students

• Several of our school partners have special education openings. While not required, we encourage candidates with special education experience to apply.

• Confidence to manage a classroom of students

• Ability to pass state & federal background check

• Willingness to commute to North Philadelphia, as most of our schools are located here

• Please note that due to the PA state legal requirements, onboarding can take 2-3 weeks to complete depending on submission of various clearances and documentation. **** We will work with you to guide you through onboarding as quickly as possible but the start date does depend on submission of required documents.***
