Job Responsibilities
Deliver warm, courteous, and personalised service during every guest interaction. Create a welcoming and comfortable environment by ensuring guest rooms are impeccably clean, well-presented, and fully prepared prior to guest arrival. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests with professionalism and genuine care.
Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times. Report and follow up on guest requests, maintenance issues, and lost & found items promptly. Support the hotel's commitment to delivering memorable and personalised guest experiences.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality is an advantage. Previous experience in Housekeeping within an international or luxury hotel is preferred. Fresh candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Basic English communication skills are preferred. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
